To be able to step out of the mind, to expand your consciousness takes you through to expanding how you define words and how you perceive words. Because you live in a dualistic world everything has two opposites aspects to it, but when you expand your consciousness these two opposites can meld into a balanced perception. However you define or perceive something reflects upon how you see and treat yourself, your level of worth. Your level of consciousness reflects your relationship with the definition of words. There are 2 aspects about the relationship with words:
  1. Defining Words
  2. Perceptions of Words
Let’s take a look at each individual category: 1.     Defining Words - Let’s take the word ‘unleash’ in the context ‘to unleash old wounds or old beliefs’. To define the word ‘unleash’ is to set this energy free - it goes further beyond the mind, because you are letting go not just figuring-out, not just words, not just the memory of the experience from the event, but other new energy scenarios deeper than what your mind can conceive and perceive at your present level of consciousness. It is to let go of stuck energy from old past wounds that your mind has since forgotten about.  2.     Perceptions of Words - How do you perceive the word unleash?  In the dictionary, unleash means to allow something to have full effect: to allow something, especially something previously held in check, to have its full effect; to free from leash: to set a person or animal free from a leash or other form of restraint or confinement.  It is to let loose, to set free, to give a free rein to, to allow to run free, and to allow to run riot and not to keep under control. When you unleash something or someone what will they do?  Will they escape your boundary walls and you will not see them again? When they escape or are freed, will they come back to haunt you? If you set a wild animal free, will it come back to eat you, or will it be grateful for setting it free? Is that why things cannot be unleashed and set free because of a fear – the fear of the unknown and change? Is that why you cannot unleash your old wounds, and resolve any unfinished business issues? Step back for a moment, have a look at the energy behind the scene of the word ‘unleash’. Can you see that to define the word ‘unleash’ can have an expanded meaning according to your level of consciousness? It does mean to set something free, but depending on how you define that word, which is a reflection of how you perceive yourself, will determine what you do or don’t do with that word.  It determines if you accept or reject how you perceive a word and whether or not you resonate with it and how that word is being used. When you expand your consciousness, your definition and perception about what you do or how you react to a word changes. This means whether you can free something or someone and how you react to it being freed and how you feel about it being freed and how will this affect you when you do free that old wound?
